    5. Employee: This NDA is used when an employee is disclosing confidential information to their employer, ensuring protection for sensitive company information.

  • Each NDA template follows a similar structure, outlining the purpose of the agreement, defining confidential information, stating the obligations of the receiving party, listing exclusions to confidentiality, specifying the term of the agreement, and indicating the governing law.
